\nOnce the preparation of the order has been completed, C’Era Una Volta will contact the customer via email to inform them that the order is ready. Delays or unavailability<\/h4>\n

In these cases the customer will be contacted immediately. The customer will be informed of any waiting times for receiving the missing item(s), asking whether or not he\/ she wishes to confirm the order of the aforementioned product. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if only part of the items ordered are available. In this case, the items still available will be delivered to the customer.
