These general conditions of sale regulate the relationships between C’era una volta and the User in relation to the purchase of Products carried out remotely, via the electronic network, on the Site www.ceraunavoltagelato.it. For anything not expressly regulated in these general conditions of sale and transport, please refer to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 relating to the regulation of electronic commerce and, finally, of the Italian Civil Code.
In addition to the other terms defined in these general conditions, the words indicated below, where indicated with a capital letter, have the meaning for each of them specified below, both in the singular and in the plural:

Indicates the online shop owned by C’era una volta VAT number: 03393230135 – Fiscal Code: CZZDVD77C04E063V, with headquarters in Corso Europa 15 – 23801 Calolziocorte (LC) Italy
User:
Indicates the natural or legal person who browses ceraunavoltagelato.it website
Customer:
Indicates the natural or legal person who sends an Order through the ceraunavoltagelato.it website
Parties:
Indicates ceraunavoltagelato.it as the Customer jointly.
Website:
Indicates the website owned by C’era una volta with URL www.ceraunavoltagelato.it
Products:
Indicates the goods sold on the ceraunavoltagelato.it Site as indicated by the Customer in the Order and having the features and qualities described on the Site.
Contract:
Indicates the agreement governed by these General Conditions of Sale and Transport, concluded by C’era una volta. Following Order receipt by C’era una volta, these Conditions are deemed accepted by the Parties.
Order Confirmation:
Indicates Customer’s acceptance, forwarded via the ceraunavoltagelato.it website by electronic means, of the unit price of the Product (or the total price of the Products, in the case of purchasing multiple goods), of the transport costs, of the features and quality of the Product (or Products) and the provisions contained in these General Conditions of Sale. Once the order has been received, C’era una volta will send the Customer a summary email containing the details of the order.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The conclusion of the contract coincides with the payment of the amount by the Customer, through the relevant methods and procedures.
For Customers who choose to pay by credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, C’era una volta’s receipt of confirmation of the transaction on PayPal’s servers determines the conclusion of the contract.
In all cases, delivery of the goods is subject to payment for the order. In case of payment by credit card, prepaid card, PayPal must be made at the same time as the order is sent via the website.
DELIVERY TERMS
Order processing usually takes between 1/2 working days.
In the event that we are unable to meet this deadline, the customer will be promptly informed with an email indicating the expected delivery. In this case the Customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 24 hours of receiving the message. If within this period C’Era Una Volta does not receive any written communication from the Customer of the intention to withdraw from the order, the latter will be considered confirmed with the new delivery terms.
DECLARATIONS, OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES
The Products are depicted and made visible on the site accurately and corresponding to the features they actually possess.
The parties mutually acknowledge that the extreme case may occur in which the products presented on the Site may no longer be available or on sale at the time of access to the Site by the Customer and that prices may be subject to updates.
HOW TO ORDER
To order, you can search within the various pages of the site for the desired Product, each equipped with a specific Product Sheet. By clicking on the preview image of the item, the Product Sheet opens where you can find additional content (other images, videos, instructions, etc.). All the contents of the Product Sheets are free to access.
In order to complete an Order you must first register for free on the Site. At the top right, next to the symbol, there is always the number of pieces contained in the cart at that moment. By clicking on the icon you access the cart which contains the summary of the Products and the total amount of the purchase. Once you have verified the information relating to the name is correct, as well as quantity, price and total of each item, you can proceed with confirming the order by clicking on “Proceed with order”.
At this point if you have already registered you can continue, otherwise you will be directed to the access page to the reserved area. After logging in you can proceed with the Order. During the Order phase it is possible to choose the desired payment method, and therefore definitively confirm the Order. After clicking on “Place order”, the Customer will receive a summary email with all the details of the Order.
