All our products are made in our laboratory in Calolziocorte, Lecco, Italy: this ensures maximum stock availability and the most efficient service for our customers. Once the purchase has been made, we cannot guarantee the possibility of modifying orders, since once the payment has been made everything will be managed automatically by the system. In case of any needs we recommend to contact customer service.
Collection
Once the real availability of the products in stock has been ascertained, the order can be processed starting from the following hour after receiving the payment made via PayPal, Satispay or credit card.
Once the preparation of the order has been completed, C’Era Una Volta will contact the customer via email to inform them that the order is ready. The customer will have to collect it from our shop located in Corso Europa 15, Calolziocorte (LC)
Delays or unavailability
In some exceptional cases it may happen that the desired goods are no longer available. In these cases the customer will be contacted immediately. The customer will be informed of any waiting times for receiving the missing item(s), asking whether or not he/ she wishes to confirm the order of the aforementioned product. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if only part of the items ordered are available. In this case, the items still available will be delivered to the customer. The customer will receive a refund of the same value as the product not received.
